The Fine Details
- Oval cut raw edge English Tulle - 72" wide
- Hand applied Preciosa flat back cabochon pearls scattered randomly in 5 sizes (3/4/5/6/7mm)
- Pearls are double sided on top/sides where exposed when blusher flips back
- Sewn to a 3" silver wire comb wrapped in matching tulle for a secure finish
